1) How to place an order?

  1. Click "Products" to view all our products.

  2. Click on the product you wish to purchase, then click “Add to Cart”

  3. Click on the same page if you wish to continue shipping OR

  4. Click “View Cart” to proceed.

  5. Click "Place an Order" if you wish to pay by bank transfer

  6. Fill up the form in “Customer Information” and click “Next” to proceed.

  7. Confirm your shipping address and shipping cost on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Place My Order” to complete the order.

  8. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

  9. All products will be delivered after payment is received.

2) What is the available payment method?

We accept bank transfer ONLY at the moment.

After placing an order, please transfer the total sales amount to our bank account.

3) How much is the shipping fees?

We offer FREE shipping within Malaysia for order of RM100 and above.

Otherwise, a flat rate RM10 will be charged for shipping throughout Malaysia.

International shipping fee is calculated by weight.

4) When will my order be processed after making payment?

Within 2 working days. Please allow 2 working days + shipping time for your item to arrive.
 

5) How long does the shipping take?

Shipping within Malaysia will take 1 to 3 working days. Please allow a 2 working days (processing) + 1 to 3 working days (shipping) for your item to arrive

6) What if the package never arrived?

To minimize the occurrence of this event, all the order will be shipped with a tracking number.

7) What can I do if the products are faulty/broken?

If something is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and send us the photo(s) of affected product(s).  We will replace the faulty product or reimburse the amount depends on the situation.
