ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 days, sometimes 3 if it's a weekend/holiday, or if we are having a promotion.
We ship via Poslaju, CityLink and other courier companies. We offer flat rate (RM10) shipping in Malaysia for orders up to RM99, and free Malaysia standard shipping on orders over RM99. Under normal circumstances, shipping takes between 2 and 5 working days. During peak season such as before and after a public holiday, the delivery might be delayed. Native Body & Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
International shipping will be via Pos Malaysia FlexiPack International. Shipping fees is charged based on the final order's weight. Native Body & Skin is not responsible for lost packages once they have left Malaysia. Please note, we can not predict or control the customs charges for international shipments - we have tried our best to understand each country's policies, but Native Body & Skin is not responsible and will not pay for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country, therefore, the customs charge is not reflected on our site at the time of checkout.
Native Body & Skin is an artisanal skincare line - every product in our line is handmade in small batches. While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us, we understand that everyones skin type is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin. Native Body & Skin does not and will not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We will replace the faulty product or reimburse the full amount you paid for the item minus all shipping, depending on the situation.
If your package arrives with the wrong items, please email us your name, order number and date of purchase to email@example.com for return/exchange approval and further instructions within 7 days. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
